On the task force that stood up an in-house payment gateway in one month, after the provider walked.
Made digital payment systems predictable and testable, with a bank-sandbox stub that failed on command.
Pulled a hacky backend out of the APK into a real service, serving thousands of transactions across Indonesia.

Migrated the search stack onto GCP and Kafka-driven indexing. Zero rollbacks.
Load tests and log-reading led to 10× indexing throughput at 12K QPS peak.
Shipped the first ML service in production: search-intent NER over a 20M-product catalog.
